Be the Best You Can Be

Whether American, or Canadian, or from another continent today holds a special place in our hearts. The events that occurred on Sept. 11th, 2001 touched each of us in our own way. I'm sure we all remember where we were when we heard the news. Events such as this also remind us of the fragility and wonder of life.

I'd like to ask you today to remember the importance of your health and life. Be the best person you can be by taking care of yourself and giving yourself the proper exercise and nutrients to maintain your health. We set an example for others by doing so and show our respect for life. Not only will we be able to take better care of ourselves, we will be able to take better care of those around us who we love and cherish and who offer us the same sentiments.

Thank you so much to the dedicated men and women who gave up their lives for others on 9/11. To their families and friends. May their lives be honoured as you carry on their memories everyday.
