Happy Holidays

Happy holidays Eat-Clean Diet bloggers.

Keep your spirits high. Enjoy this time with the ones you love. Remember the little things are as, if not more, important than the big.

I will be taking a few days away from the blog to spend with my family while they are home for the holidays. I will return soon.

Until then, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa and a Happy New Year!

Merry xmas and a happy new year to you too Tosca. :o)

I can appreciate how busy you are but if you get a spare second check out my blog enteries for xmas day. You'll find two pics from recipes out of your eat-clean diet cookbook we tried at home. Thank you so much for publishing "The Eat-Clean Diet" & "The Eat-Clean Diet Cookbook" of which I obviously have both, they're bibles for me as a figure competitor and you're certainly a lead by example lady. Congrats on a job well done!

Kind Regards,
Lia Halsall :o)

Hey Lia.

Thanks so much for your reviews and feedback. You can sweeten the mousse by serving it with raspberries. Also the more you Eat Clean the less you crave sugar. As for the Shrimp cocktail, is it the salt you are missing?

Keep it tight and Happy New Year!

Hi Tosca,

We included frozen raspberries. I guess I'm guilty of feeding from time to time my cravings for sugar. My goal would be to go without splenda for life. I mean, if I can give up alcohol then I can give up sugar.

No we put salt in the shrimp cocktail, salt is a must in just about every recipe to bring out their flavours.

I have a couple more friends who are actually waiting for delivery of your books. They're incredibly popular amongst my friends.

Thanks for replying, I really appreciate that. Especially knowing that you're on holidays with your family at the moment.

Kind Regards,
Lia Halsall :o)

Tosca,

Happy Holidays! We have a Turbo Jam thread on WW website. Many of us have been Oxygen readers for years and have since discovered you and Eating Clean! A lot of us own your book(s).

We realize that working out is important but what we put in our body is even more important. Exercise and eating clean makes for an amazing transformation!

Thank you for being such an inspiration and role model (especially those of us who are 40+ years young).

Lisa
