Shooting Green Screen

Shooting green screen for The W Network show was a pretty cool experience on Monday.

I thought I'd share some photo ops with you...

It looks like I'm standing around doing nothing because these photos were taken during filming breaks, but I was actually doing pretty intense workout-related stuff for 2 hours or so.

For those of you who don't know what a green screne is.... basically you film on this blank canvas and a background can be put in place behind you. For Oxygen shoots we do something similar. We photograph on a white background so our bodies can be "cut and pasted" on different backgrounds.

As you can see from the pic on the top left, I have a little work to do on my midsection to get tighter for the Arnold. I will be stepping up my eating to pre contest now where I will be cutting portions and leaving out fruit and bread. I will eat more greens and a variety of proteins including vegetarian sources.

Thanks to everyone who commented on yesterday's post. I appreciate everyone's support, and love the birthday ideas! I can always count on you.

Stay tuned.

Wow sound's like you've had your plate full. I think it's great that your still competing! I had a question: I was sick for 2 weeks and had to go to Bismarck for a few days. I gained 5 pounds and I'm working on losing them. My calorie intake is sually 2300. I dropped it down to 1800 and I today was my first day back at the gym. Any helpful tips to make sure I get ride of this excess flab would be great. Also how long do you think it would take to lose the 5 pounds? Also my body fat percentage went up by 2% I'm also trying to get this down. I'm 17 by the way in case that helps.
Any advice would be great!

Thanks for your blog and all the other goodies you offer. I just bought the Eat-Clean for the Family and made the Ziti last night. My kids loved it. I do have one who does not like tomatoes but I'll just adjust,or she can go hungry, LOL.
Will you ever consider starting a workout clothing line?
