Woohoo!!! New Digs!!

Here are some shots from my new office space – it is still under design construction.

I am so thrilled at having my own office space! Finally at nearly 50 years of age!!

I have a table and rug coming as well as some more paintings and an interesting (and monstrously heavy) wooden bench made from a log.

I love having my own space where I can work with my team to give you the best of the best.

This is where Eating Clean meets my thinking team!

Funny how you are so "thrilled" many times in your blogs! just a fun obersvation...i think you use this word 1000 times a day...Please no mean comments, I mean this in a fun way. Tosca does use "thrilled" many times...even on TV whenever I see her.

Congratulations on your new office! You sure deserve it, although it seems long overdue. I hope you're having a great week. Take care and enjoy your new space.

Q: Tosca, you once mentioned that your nails are a potein base on top of your own nail. Can you tell where one would get this done? As most places use chemical based products that aren't so good for you. Can you tell where you go? Thanks!

Q: Hi Tosca~ I have a question about your favourite topic...'calves'. Please don't get upset...I need help!!! :)
What are the best, best, best exercises to do?

High reps and sets until you feel the burn, right?

How do you know you've done everything you can and it's genetics at play?

How do you know you have high or low calves and which are easier to develop?

How do you know you can only build power and not definition?

I really want'em and have more than I ever did...but they're not poppin'!

Any help, tips, miracles are welcome!

Question: Is it true that you can actually lose weight by using skim milk in your protein shake? Or at least maintain your weight?

I really enjoy reading about nutrition and fitness but sometimes get lost when I stare at the enormous selection of books on these topics in stores. Can you please suggest a few books on either nutrition or fitness that you feel are worthy or reading? Thanks!
