Challenge Day 12... and Post Arnold Recovery
Hey Clean Eaters,
It was a joy meeting tons and tons and tons of you this weekend! I just wanted to say a quick hello. I'll be taking the day off to recover from the Arnold. We didn't get in until 2am. I need some more rest. I'll be back soon with pics and moments from Arnold 2009.

Definitely rest up - you more than deserve it!! :-)
Enjoy your day off, you've earned it! Can't wait to see the photos from the Arnold.
I sure hope I can get there next year. I would love to meet you Tosca.
I'm happy to hear you had a great time meeting so many of us. Can't wait to see pics.
My husband and I made it to your first demo at the arnold on Friday at Noon. You are absolutely AMAZING and WONDERFUL and INSPIRATIONAL! :) Thank you for your energy and belief in a healthy life!!
Tosca you are sooooo sweet to even bother letting us know you are tired and will be back soon. Hope you are resting soundly.
Hi Tosca~
Can one keep the same routine but change the exercises each time,
To keep the muscles guessing?
I figure as long as you target the muscle you want but with a different exercise it would be okay. Could you clarify?
Who came up with the different rep sets....6-8, 10-12 etc. What are the advantages of each?
Can you elaborate on Giant Sets? and how oftent they can be performed?
Hi Tosca,
I have a question for you:I am 5ft 1" tall,39yrs old and weight 121 lbs. I want to lose 5-7 pds. If I follow Cooler 1 is that too much food for me seeing I'm not the "average" height woman? What is adequate amount of protein/carbs and fat for me? I do cardio 6x week (45min) and free weights 3x week. What do you suggest I do?
Thanks a bunch!
Tosca,
With regards to ab exercises...is it a myth that you shouldn't exercise them after 6pm or you won't sleep? It this IS true why wouldn't one sleep? thx.
Hi Tosca,
Do you know of anywhere in the Toronto area where fitness competition shoes can be purchased?
Thanks
