Welcome To My New Readers!
Wow!!
Welcome to a bunch of new followers to the Eat-Clean Diet blog! I am so happy to have you as readers. You encourage me to keep on doing what I love to do, which is encouraging you to live healthier each and every day.
I hope you are able to learn a lot from the blog. I like to think of it as my daily dose of Eat-Clean reality. How on earth can someone with 5 kids and a full-time job manage to Eat-Clean and exercise every day of the week without a personal trainer and a personal chef? You'll definitely find out here!
I tend not to answer too many questions on here because I like to keep it personal rather than educational. If you have questions visit the FAQ section on my Eat-Clean Diet website, or join the ToscaReno.com forum. You can also learn more about me on my personal website ToscaReno.com.
I will do my best to update each day, but I also keep posts on Facebook (become a fan) and Twitter (follow me there, too).
Thanks for joining.
I'd love to hear how you learned about the blog. Tell me in the Comments section!
A Big Welcome Hug,
Tosca

Hi Tosca...
I was in the cvs drug store getting prescriptions for my Dad at the time who had cancer. I noticed, scanned through and was unsure. 6 months later as I was working part time in the local airport I saw your book again. I scanned but wasnt ready yet, had just lost my Dad to cancer who had resided with me. Well about a month ago, fed up with weight gain and at the highest I have been ever 175 lbs and 5'5", I said ok enough. I wanted something healthy. I have thyroid disease, high blood pressure, anxiety, and fibromyalgia. I didnt want chemicals, supplement drinks, or frozen foods. Im on a budget, high meds expense, work from home due to illness. My husband and I are middle class blue collar workers. We need help without killing the bank. I started by cutting instant foods, and cooking again. Then I remembered you and the eating clean title. I went online to research and found your blog and website. I started a blog for my journey to journal to help and therapy. So I begin my lifestyle change with you. I say Lifestyle instead of Diet. Because to be healthy its a lifestyle change, diets always seem so temporary to me.
Im investing in the cookbook this week...

Hi Tosca...
I have been reading your blog...books...articles for a while...I try following Clean eating as much as possible...I know I always feel better when I do.
I just hit 40 this past year and want to reach a great level of fitness before 50...you inspire me! Thank you!
Morning Tosca
I just found your Blog thru Face Book
I am really looking forward to reading and absorbing and even have some insights for us all.
Kudo's to You.
I bought your diet book last June and read it in just a couple days, cleaned out my fridge and pantry, went to Whole Foods to restock and stayed with it for about one week, as I have a tendency to do. I've toyed with recipes since then and made feeble attempts to get back and then when I hit my heaviest weight in 25 years (161 at 5'2"). I recently bought the new "recharged" book and the tracker. After reading several testimonials from people who have lost 100+ pounds, I decided it was time to stop whining about my weight and how awful I feel and just DO IT! I was convinced that at 53 years old and smack dab in the middle of menopause that I'd just have to accept the weight and feeling tired and all the aches and pains that come with the high weight. I am on day 6 and have lost 3 lbs already! I realize some of this is water, but weight is weight, right? Yesterday was my first completely sugar free day - woo hooo! I haven't succeeded at 100% clean yet but I think yesterday was about a 90% day, so far to day is 100% and hopefully it will continue. I'll keep you posted!
Hi Tosca! I found your blog thru facebook. I picked up a copy of Eat-Clean Diet last year but never motivated myself to get started. After Christmas I decided to finally give it a try. I picked up your new one (Recharged) and am going into it full-force. I'm only 3 days in and already noticing big differences like sleeping better and more energy. I'm also finding that I can take these crappy cold days here in Edmonton much easier and only after 3 days! Thanks Tosca! :)
Hi Tosca!
I have all three books and anxiously await my copy of #4! I am so inspired by your journey, I have started my own and would like to share it with you: http://gettingfitbyforty.wordpress.com/
Thanks for all you do!

Hi Tosca, I'm not a newbie but an avid follower for over a year now. I just wanted to let you know that my 12 yr old niece has asked me to help her. She's 5' tall 145lbs. I'm giving her the guidance of the eat clean principles and have directed her to your website. You have taught me and I can, in turn teach her! Your followers are becoming younger and younger!
Keep up the great work!

HI.
You say you went from frumpy, fat, 40 something to bestselling author, fitness model... blah, blah.
So did Susanne Powter in the 90's.
I give you credit for what you did, but those tv shows were tooooo much.
Lots of women out there who've done just what you have without the egotistical need to throw it at others.
With all due respect for what you did, but you need to get over yourself.
Tosca, you are my inspiration. I am the mother of three boys ages 12, 10 and 8. I will be 40 this year and am getting into the best shape of my life! I love seeing you in Oxygen mag. Love the blog too.
Hi Tosca,
I first learned about you when I picked up a copy of Clean Eating Mag in 2009. I've done them all..diets that is...and I, like so many others, still have about 65lbs to lose. I knew I had to make a decision about what to do and after weighing all the possibilities, I decided to do a life change instead of a diet. I started your program on Jan 18th 2010, the day after my 49th birthday. So..here we go.
Hi Tosca,
I've been reading oxygen for years and picked up your first version of the Eat Clean Diet the day it hit the shelf. I'm 39 and working toward being my personal best shape (inside and out)by 40. I found your blog through google and I love the new website too. Keep sharing your story, Tosca. You are changing lives everyday.
Wow, certainly interesting post. Where can I get your subscription?
