Have You Been Inspired?

Has eating clean inspired you to change your life and go after your dreams? A few months ago I spoke about eating clean at a women's business conference in Peterborough, Ontario. One special lady heard me speak and decided to pick up the courage to start her own business embossing flowers. Now she is having a ball! Check out the beautiful flower she sent to me. Thank you! They're very unique! Fill us in on how you've changed your life since beginning your journey with me and the Eat-Clean Diet.
Love,
Tosca

Since Eating Clean, it has helped me be healthier, happier and more prepared. You have to be right, to keep those meals and snacks prepared. I love it!

Roses are great! Very unique!.
Recently I have changed my family's diet to more clean eating foods. We all feel better but the most dramatic part is how it is helping my son deal with ADD issues. He is so much more focused and even tempered. Clean eating and some other dietary changes have done so much for him! Thank you.

I have family in Peterborough, a small place! I've been eating clean for one week and have lost 2 inches and 6.4 lbs! After a devestating year of poor health which resulted in a 25 lb weight gain, this week is the first step in my getting "me" back. Thanks.

Funny, the reason I came to your blog was for some inspiration. Deciding to eat clean was the first step in making meaningful change in my life. Once I realized I could change my health, I knew I could reach other goals...running a half-marathon, starting a blog, learning photography. Thanks for the inspiration!

It was by chance that I stumbled up on your book feeling down about my post partum weight I picked up your book. Within days, I was so inspired I returned to purchase anything with your name on it including your cookbook. Perhaps it is that I can relate to you turning 37 this year and saying I will and never following through. I have worked through my plateau and within a week went from 196 to 188!! I am working out and loving food...My goal for this week I checked out a Bulk Barn and every food you mentioned was there! I am talking to anyone I know about you...and your inspiration has changed me. I aspire to be better then I was before pregnancy and my family is eating better as a result. Thank you Tosca! I hope to meet you in person and tell you face-to-face that I too will be changed inside and out and will pass this blessing onto anyone who will listen! My running clinic after talking about you three of them were going out to purchase your book! Hilary-London, ON

I just turned 58 last week . . . and after years of feeling like I was 100, and being diagnosed as diabetic and high risk for heart disease, I came across your books Tosca. You are such an inspiration. You have inspired me to completely change my life. 7 Months ago I was 190 lbs and miserable in my body. I've lost 30 lbs by changing my eating habits and working out. I have just done something I've never done - registered for a 10K Run (Vancouver Sun Run) on May 9th. I am stoked and want to inspire others as you have inspired me. I'm exploring how I can influence other women to be the best that they can be. Thanks Tosca . . . you're amazing.

Tosca, I don't even know where to begin. In brief, eating clean has changed my life. Starting at 315 lbs with PCOS, pre-diabetes, weak ankles, trouble sleeping, heartburn and a breast cancer scare, I tried everything I could think of and nothing worked.

Then a friend of mine told me about your books. I bought the new Recharged one and the cookbook. I tried several of the recipes and now my mom, son and myself are hooked! I honestly can't imagine eating any other way!

I'm down 18 lbs and still have a VERY long way to go, but I am just taking one day at a time, making healthier choices and looking forward to a long, healthy future! The best part is the improvement in the quality of life I live.

My son is 4 years old and LOVES veggies now. He eats the same good stuff I eat and rarely ever asks me for treats. He also loves exercising with me and as a single mom, he's become my single greatest motivator.

Anyway, I blog about you and eating clean a lot... it's my new lifestyle and I'm so grateful to you for making clean eating so enjoyable and easy enough that anyone can do it! I know it's common sense but you make it sound better! THANK YOU... a million times THANK YOU!!!
