Can It Be Done?

Can 2 days of tight dieting/eating clean get me ready for a photo shoot? Let's put it this way, 2 days of eating dirty can definitely leave a mark! I have been traveling so much over the last two months that it has been impossible to eat 6 times per day in the usual way. I have been living on oatmeal, flax seed, dried fruit, nuts and protein powder eaten whenever and wherever I can. No fun!

So now I have to put the pedal to the medal for a few days to flush out the yaya's and get a little tighter. Can I do it? Can you do it? I am sure I can. I started on Monday eating the usual 6 small meals, no bread, few grain based carbs but plenty of plant based carbs. I can feel the difference in my dress pants, skinny jeans and skirts already. I have really pitted myself hard against the weights and added skip rope sessions in between every set. My workouts have been fantastic. One more big cardio session tonight.

2 days can make a difference. Share your story!

Inspire me!

Keep it tight!

SO TRUE!!!! Honestly, I say 3 days and i'm set; that means no cheat for 3 days (it's the hardest) but after those 3 days; its so easy! And you see the pounds shed off and abs! :) WONDERFUL!

I don't know how you all do it. I've been trying so hard: eating clean, getting my workouts in... I haven't lost a thing. I'm ready to give up and give in. I guess I'm just one of those people who has to accept the fact that I am, and will always be, fat.

Milk everything you can from those 2 days and give it your all. If you can't do it, no one can! Stay strong.
Thank you for everything that you do.

Eating only plants for 2 days will do wonders. It works for me, and I am 100% sure it will work for you also. You can find everything you need in plants (protein, carbs, fats,etc.). Plantstrong :-)

Marilyn said: Yes I can see a difference when I do not cheat at all for a few days and the opposite when I think I will have a treat or two. I really see a difference too when I flush my system with hot lemon water and herbal teas. Put this all together with some good strengh training and cardio and peole start commenting. That makes it all worth while.

What a timely post!

Hubby and I have been on Cooler 2 for several months ... he's lost 20+ pounds so far but I haven't lost a thing (have these stubborn 10 pounds to lose).

He and I both agreed to do Cooler 1 the week before Thanksgiving (US) starting today, and the week after Thanksgiving, starting next Saturday. It's only been one day but I already feel the difference! I can do just about anything for a week, which makes it a lot easier.

This has renewed my inspiration for my goal next week. Meeting my would-be boyfriend's family for Thanksgiving, and I've been so stressed it's been a huge struggle to keep on eating clean. I'm going to do it...It's only a week!!! I'll post about how much difference it makes!! Speed bump: a very good friend invited me to his company party, and I can't say no :P I'm not sure how to have some festive beverages and not have it thwart all my efforts! Huge workouts? Just don't go? Oh well...no flour, sugar, and yes to lots of veggies and lean pro! Yay Tosca!!--I'm suuuure you looked fantastic at your shoot. Thanks for sharing your life :)

The first couple of days of "No-Cheating, Clean Eating," as I like to call it, are very hard. But then you start to notice tiny results in our already lean, healthy bodies that it makes it easy because we know how worthwhile it is. I'm working on doing my "No Cheating, Clean Eating," around the holidays so I can hopefully lose a pound or two rather than gain before the New Year.
