Yay! They got a video of your segment added to that link. You look lovely, and now I really want a pomegranate fizz to go with my Thanksgiving dinner ;) My family's meal isn't going to be nearly as clean as the spread that you displayed, but I have learned moderation keeps me from packing on extra weight during the holidays. And I have stayed especially motivated since I met you in Dallas a few weeks ago, so I don't want to blow all my hard work in one day! My eating still isn't 100% clean but I am making much better choices. Eating at work still remains a challenge for me. But I am working out regularly, and feeling so much better and stronger for it! So thanks for the continued inspiration, and for your kindness in Dallas. It means a lot.

Enjoy your time in New York!

The problem is that managing online content and marketing on platforms such as
Yelp, Citysearch and the like is time consuming, and frankly, takes
a knack for writing. Updating your website frequently helps build your visitor retention, page ranking, and
revenue potential. Your market research must be for your real problem not for imaginary one.
