Hey Clean Eaters!!

It has been snowing all day here! We had to put little lawn chairs outside for the dogs so they wouldn't get too cold. They are pampered little things and spent the whole day on the lawn chairs watching the flakes come down. I can't believe we have already had our first snow and it isn't even November yet. Did anybody else get snow today? Now everyone is really going to think that we live in igloos up here in the Great White North that is Canada. Trust me... this is early!

Now, I know Monday has come and gone, but I have my eating and training here to share with you.

I spent most of the day holed up in my office writing away. Articles, books, emails, etc. The list never ends, but when you love your work it doesn't matter.

The pic above is of me and my hubby, Robert, at Angel's Diner in Orangeville. We are regulars there... they know exactly how I like my omelet, chicken, veggies, etc.

My husband, kids and I often go to Angel's Diner in Kitchener for breakfast. I was wondering what type of breakfast do you order?

I recently fell into the trap of the fat burner. I was doing this to get a jump in my weight loss, which hadn't moved in weeks, for an upcoming event. I have I been on hydroxy cut max for 4 days and I feel horrible. I have made the decsion to go off it but I would really value your opinion on fat burners in general and also if you use one.

Hi Tosca,
I've been using your books to change my eating habits over the last month or so, and I was just wondering how you know when you are at the weight you should be? I have lost about 8 or 9 lbs since starting, and I've been fairly strict to accomplish that. I worry that if it's too hard to lose the last few pounds, I'm bound to gain them back once I relax a bit on my diet. Any guidance?
Thank you for all the inspiration you provide!

Hi Tosca.... a couple of us girls were heading down to Kingston for a day Course and ran into the snow. Yuck! Way too early as you said. This time last year it was +25 celcius where I live.

I also have a question about cooler 1. If you do cooler 1 for 2 weeks to get the last few lbs off, do you not gain it back as soon as you move to cooler 2?
