Guess What's For Supper??
I've got a really busy day today so I got up early and fired up the slow cooker. What Clean-Eating meal did I dream up?
I chopped up carrots, onions, sweet potatoes, baking potatoes, and garlic. I filled the crock pot with these fresh ingredients. I also added red lentils, 5 cups of chicken stock and precooked turkey breast meat, from a turkey I roasted this weekend. I jazzed it up with spices, put the lid on it, and pressed "go"! It will be ready by the time I get home.
If you ever think you don't have time to prep a meal, rely on the slow cooker and whatever fresh or frozen ingredients you have on hand to take the sting out of getting a meal on the table.
Gotta run! See you next time.

Hi I bought your book a week ago and I just went shopping to the grocery store for all my natural and organic food- I am so excited to start eating the way I should. I have been trying to eat as healthy as possible for a week and I feel great!!! Thank you
I'm so glad I could help you and family! Best of luck.
I don't own a slow cooker but that sounds tasty. May have to invest in one when winter comes around again, thanks. :o)
Made our dinner in the crock pot tonight and turned out very tender and juicy. Very good idea to use leftovers too.
