Hi Tosca....that is so great to hear!!! You are an inspiration to all of us, especially in the older age group! LOL. I have always been interested in competing but to tell you the truth I don't know where to start...other than the clean eating and activity part. How do you find a trainer that believes you can do it? I am currently 50lbs overweight but I know I am destined to compete on day. Thanks for all that you do

Hi Tosca- as I read your blog and your new book, I am wondering why you use egg whites... I thought fresh, organic eggs were ok now and that cholesterol from food is not a worry anymore - more to do with trans fats and saturated fat.
Thanks - Greg

Tosca- I would wish you "luck" but you do not need it : ) You have the strength and discipline it takes to compete, as you have already embarked on this journey before. Those attributes paired with your enthusiastic, no nonsense attitude are what keep us all coming back and- more importantly- living the clean lifestyle. Thanks for everything. You truly are a light in the darkness of the obesity epidemic we face.

Hi Tosca,
I was thrilled to read the news! I too would like to compete - next year. I have never done it and I have lots of questions. I check your blog daily, now I may check it twice a day to be sure I don't miss anything! I am going to follow everything you do and maybe next year I will be on that stage too! Thank you so much - you are a true inspiration!

Thank you for sharing. Over the last few years, I've gained about 20lbs. In the past, I had a regular workout program but I let it get away from me. I will be 44 (oh my goodness) in one month and your an inspiration. I was at heaviest (148) and I'm down to 140. My ultimate goal is 125 and strongly toned. I know I can do it with your support. Keep doing what your doing

Regards,
